How do I get to Puerto Rico?

The main international airport in San Juan is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). Unless you already live in Puerto Rico or plan to come by boat for some reason, that’s the airport you want.

Where should I stay?

The San Juan area has many accommodations at various price points. While we do not have a block of rooms reserved at any hotels, here are some suggestions of places nearby the venue.

Staying in Viejo San Juan, Puerta de Tierra, Miramar, or Condado is recommended. If staying elsewhere, be mindful of the distance to the venue and plan travel time accordingly.

How do I get to the venue? Will there be parking?

There is limited parking at the venue itself and additional parking within walking distance.

Those who are not from the island might want to arrange for another form of transportation, such as taxi or by scheduling an Uber or Lyft.

Traffic in and around Old San Juan can get busy, so please allow for extra travel time no matter your mode of transportation.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will allow you plenty of time to find a seat.

What should I wear?

We would love to see everyone dress up with us!

The dress code is black tie optional. Generally, women should wear a full-length dress or cocktail dress and men should wear a tuxedo or dark suit with either a bow tie or tie, respectively.

There will be no exceptions to the dress code and, unfortunately, no one will be permitted to enter if not wearing the dress code.

Can I bring a guest/date?

If you received a plus one or your guest’s name is listed on your invitation, then yes. Otherwise, we plan to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.

Are children invited?

While we do love the little ones, please note that the invitations will be specific and we request that you only bring children who are included on your invite. We cannot allow entry to any guests, children or otherwise, who are not on the registered guest list.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Your presence will truly be missed. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “will not attend”, that way we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Get ready to party!

Can I take and post pictures of your wedding on social media?

We will be having an “unplugged ceremony”, meaning no phones or cameras allowed. We have hired professionals to capture these precious moments for us and promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take and post as many pictures and videos as you would like.
